Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any services or placing orders with Khayams International. By accessing or using our website, services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
We accept the following secure and verified payment options:
Payment must be made in full per the terms below before any product is shipped.
All pricing is listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in the quotation or invoice. Currency conversion costs or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces per order unless otherwise stated in writing. Orders below the MOQ may be subject to higher per-unit pricing and setup fees.
All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, material costs, or changes in order specifications.
Accepted quotes will be honored even if prices increase, provided the order is placed within the validity period.
A pre-production sample will be provided for your evaluation and approval.
Production will commence only after confirmation of sample approval.
A non-refundable advance payment is required to produce samples.
Revisions after sample approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
A 50% advance deposit is required to initiate production.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon completion of the order but before shipping.
Established clients with a positive payment history may be eligible for custom payment terms, subject to approval.
The deposit invoice must be paid within 15 days of issuance.
The final balance invoice must also be paid within 15 days to release the order for shipment.
Delayed payments may incur extra charges or affect delivery timelines.
Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
Production, delivery, or future orders may be delayed or suspended until payment is received.
Chronic late payments may result in revocation of future order privileges.
Orders can be canceled within 3 business days of placement without penalty.
After production begins, cancellations may be subject to:
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight, destination, and cargo service and added to the final invoice.
We ship via reputable cargo and freight services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Any specific delivery requests must be made in advance.
Prices do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees.
Buyers are solely responsible for any applicable local or international duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with their local import regulations and provide any required documentation.
Khayams International does not offer credit.
All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed payment schedule.
Orders will not be released without full payment clearance.
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by photo evidence and order details.

All product designs, samples, artwork, and digital assets provided by Khayams International remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our content or samples is prohibited.
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, transportation issues, pandemics, or system failures.
Our liability for any claim, whether based on contract, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising from, or in connection with, any product supplied shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updates will be posted on our official website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By placing an order with Khayams International, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions.
