We strictly do not share, replicate, or reproduce any custom design, artwork, or proprietary information for any third party, internal use, or public display - without explicit written permission from the client.

3. Non-Disclosure and Internal Control

All client-related data and designs are handled by authorized staff only.

Employees and subcontractors are bound by internal confidentiality obligations.

Data and samples are not discussed, disclosed, or shown to unrelated third parties.

Documents are securely stored and accessed only as required for production or communication.

If a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested, we are fully open to signing one at any stage of the business relationship.

4. Sample & Production Material Confidentiality

All physical samples, mock-ups, and prototypes created during development are:

• Treated as confidential assets
• Not displayed, photographed, or used for promotional purposes
• Not reused or shared with other clients
• Stored securely and discarded safely if not approved for production

If a sample is rejected or discontinued, we destroy it upon request or at the end of its retention period.

5. Data Usage and Storage

We only collect and store business-related information necessary to:

• Arrange payments and shipments
• Maintain professional records for repeat business
